Dr. Dilnoza Khasilova is an educator, researcher, and linguist. Dilnoza completed her M.A. and Ph.D. Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Literacy Studies and International Studies at the University of Wyoming. Dilnoza is the founder and director of the AWWLC.
Mohammed Al-Tahir is from central Sudan. He is a doctoral student at the University of Wyoming. Mohammed is one of the board members and serves as a secretary of the AWWLC.
Dr. Roberts is a University of Wyoming, College of Education associate professor in the School of Teacher Education. She teaches face-to-face and online courses and engages in projects with students and colleagues in Central and Southeast Asia and Central America. Amy is one of the board members and she serves as a treasurer of the AWWLC.
Dr. Joanie James is a retired Assistant Professor at the University of Wyoming of the College of Education. She is a one of the board members of the AWWLC.
Dr. Tom James has his B.A. in mathematics and an M.S. in computer science plus extensive PhD coursework in both mathematics and computer science. He is one of the board members of the AWWLC.
